Good to know before you book
Check-in times, cancellations, pets and parking — stated plainly, so there are no surprises at the desk.
Everything you might need to ask
01 Check-in and check-out
Add your check-in and check-out times, and what happens if a guest arrives early or needs to leave late.
02 Cancellations
Add the cancellation window and any charge, in the words you want a guest to read before they book. This is the entry guests check most.
03 Payment and deposits
Which cards are accepted, whether a deposit or hold is taken at check-in, and how much.
04 Pets
A trade listing records pets up to 50 lb with a fee. Confirm the weight limit, the fee, and any restrictions — or say pets are not accepted.
05 Parking
Whether overnight parking is free, whether park-and-fly is offered, the nightly rate, and how a guest arranges it.
06 Smoking
The booking system currently sells smoking rooms. State the policy plainly here — which rooms, and what happens if someone smokes in a non-smoking room.
07 Children and extra beds
Whether children stay free, cots or rollaway beds, and any charge.
08 Accessibility
How a guest requests an accessible room, and what to expect. Say only what is true.
